The details emerged in budget bills filed late Tuesday following Gov. Kathy Hochul’s presentation of her $233 billion “balanced” budget.
State spending up $4 billion from what Hochul proposed last year.
The governor proposed initiatives that could impact Adirondack Park communities including repurposing closed state prisons for housing.
Compromises made for farms
