    Not surprised. The campaign to pass the amendment was hyped to make it appear that the land swap would go through but in reality, it was always dependent on the profitability of deposits NYCO hoped to find on the forest preserve land. It was oversold on the hot-button issue of jobs. It should never have been considered.
