Harvest of the Month

We’re excited to announce that we have a new collaboration with the team at Adirondack Harvest. Their digital editor, Mary Godnick, will be writing a monthly column called “Harvest of the Month.”

The first one focuses on winter squash. Mary digs into the origins of the popular varieties we all know and love. She also provides some tasty ideas for preparing them.
